What happens to my Huddle Phone number?
Your Huddle Phone number is transferred to your Phound account as your new business phone line. You keep the number, and Phound adds SMS, voicemail transcription, and AI features on top.
I'm paying $2/host/month for the US calling plan — does that change?
Phound includes US calling in its standard plans, so most Huddle customers see that add-on roll into the base subscription. Your migration specialist will walk through the exact pricing for your account.
Will my team chat history move over?
Yes. Your existing team chats, files, and message history migrate to Phound. Your migration specialist will confirm the import options on your call.
What about my saved meeting greetings and hold music?
Custom greetings and hold music carry over. If you've configured advanced settings, your specialist will replicate them in Phound during the parallel-run period.
Does Phound still have a money-back guarantee?
Phound stands behind its product the same way Huddle did. Specific terms and any introductory guarantees for migrating customers will be confirmed by your migration specialist.
How long does the full migration take?
Most teams complete migration in 2–3 weeks including the parallel-run period. Larger organizations or teams with custom integrations may need a few weeks more.
Will joining a Phound meeting feel different for guests?
Guests can join Phound meetings from a browser without installing anything — same low-friction experience as Huddle. Mobile and desktop apps are available for power users.
