• Magnum offers chat and call functionalities, including recording and transcribing calls, and providing summaries.

• Users must have a funded Phound wallet to access call features.

• Costs are incurred per minute of call time and per size of the transcript for follow-up questions.

3. Data and Recording

• By using Magnum, you consent to the recording of conversations.

• Recorded data is processed on third-party servers.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all parties in a call or meeting consent to being recorded.

4. Payments and Wallet Management

• Charges for using Magnum are automatically deducted from your Phound wallet.

• Details of charges and wallet management are available on your Phound account.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

• We prioritize your privacy and handle all data in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• Magnum is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties and liabilities to the extent permitted by law.

• We are not responsible for any misuse of the service or non-compliance with local laws by users.

• We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Continued use of Magnum after changes constitutes acceptance of the new TOS.
