How to Port Your Number to Phound From Project Broadcast

  1. Send an email to support@pb.com requesting your pin

  2. Once you receive your pin, follow the instructions below.

Port to Phound

  1. Download the Porting Form—Phound Letter of Authorization

  2. Fill It Out—include your account info, phone number, and a copy of your latest bill or account screen

  3. Email It to Us—send the form and document to support@phound.app

  4. Wait for Confirmation—we’ll let you know your porting date and confirm when it’s safe to cancel your other service.

Need to Know

  • Don’t cancel your other service until we confirm the move.

  • If you already have a number in Phound, we’ll help you make space.

  • Moving a number takes a few days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
