First, get your PIN from Project Broadcast

Send an email to support@projectbroadcast.com requesting your PIN. Once you receive it, follow the steps below.

Download the porting form

Download the Phound Letter of Authorization — the form you'll need to start the transfer.

Fill it out

Include your account info, phone number, and a copy of your latest bill or account screen.

Email it to us

Send the completed form and supporting document to support@phound.app.

Wait for confirmation

We'll let you know your porting date and confirm when it's safe to cancel your other service.

Don't cancel your other service until we confirm the move.
